Rose Naqvi-Parasynchuk

Vice President, Homes

Born and raised in Edmonton, Rose Naqvi-Parasynchuk obtained a Business Administration - Accounting diploma in 1999 and then a degree in the same discipline, finishing as part of that program’s first graduating class in 2004. Rose also received the Spirit of NAIT award in 2011. With the support of her husband; Darcey and family, she parlayed all of this into Cameron Homes where she is Vice President.

Through continual improvement of professional services and by implementing systems to ensure quality throughout the construction process, Cameron Homes provides family-ready homes that inspire pride and receive numerous customer satisfaction awards. Rose enjoys the opportunity to give back whenever she can. Besides fulfilling a variety of committee and board positions, including past board terms with the Canadian Home Builders Association she has been pleased to share her passion and talents with the Ronald McDonald House, McDougall House and Hockey Helps the Homeless. Given the people she has met through such organizations, she’s grateful to have had the opportunities to make a contribution to her community.

She acknowledges much of her success by the team she works with everyday husband Darcey, siblings Tina and Cameron as well as great employees. Inspired by such people and mentored by others including her late, cherished grandmother and most importantly her father Javaid Naqvi. Rose hopes to similarly serve as a mentor and role model in the community, just as she does at home. In raising her six girls, she frequently reminds them: “Dream big – because anything is possible.”
