Crystal Brightwell

As General Manager for Cameron Communities since 2020 (a division of Cameron Corporation), Crystal Brightwell is responsible for the management of our in-house residential land development team. While continuing to strive to develop the best residential neighbourhoods in the Edmonton region, her responsibilities bridge land acquisition, planning and design, construction, project costing, financing, shareholder and builder relations, and sales and marketing.

She has proudly been part of the Cameron Corporation family since 2013. Prior to joining Cameron Communities, Crystal worked for 15 years in the real estate industry with a focus on conveyance, home building, condominium development, and commercial construction.

Crystal shows her commitment to and passion for the land development industry through her active memberships serving as Treasurer on BILD - Edmonton Metro Region and as Co-Chair on the BILD Funding and Finance committee where she is focused on responsible growth management in the region.
